Support
Glancet is a small operation, so support is a real person reading email rather than a ticket queue. We aim to reply within two business days.
EMAIL US
Good things to include, if they apply:
- Your Glancet version and build — menu-bar menu, first item, or Settings → About.
- Your macOS version, and whether the Mac has a notch.
- Which agent and which terminal or IDE the session was running in.
- For purchase questions, the order number from your receipt.
WHAT TO WRITE ABOUT WHERE
- Something's broken — email us. Glancet is early beta; there's a decent chance it's fixed in the next build.
- You want a feature, an agent or a terminal supported — put it on thepublic roadmap so other people can vote on it. That board is what we plan from.
- Licence or payment — email us. Refunds are covered by therefund policy.
BEFORE YOU WRITE: TWO COMMON ONES
Sessions aren't showing up
Glancet needs its hooks installed for each agent you use — open Settings and check that the agent shows as connected. Installing hooks merges into that agent's own settings file and leaves your existing hooks alone. If an agent was already running, restart the session so it picks the hooks up.
Clicking a session focuses the wrong window
Only iTerm2 can be focused down to the exact split. Everywhere else Glancet activates the app and raises the window whose title names the project, which needs Accessibility permission — Settings → "Window focus" shows the state and can prompt for it. The grant takes effect after Glancet relaunches.
